Baader Planetarium has added a unique innovation to it's laser collimator. The Laser Colli incorporates a viewable etched viewing screen which can be seen through the back of the laser collimator. This permits collimation of most SCT telescopes and closed tube Newtonians, instruments that were difficult or impossible to collimate using a conventional single beam laser collimator.
Each Baader laser collimator is individually lathe aligned for accurate collimation. The one-piece die-cast and machined aluminum housing guarantees a stable alignment. The compact size and lightweight make the Laser Collimator an indispensable tool that is handy to keep in your eyepiece case, it even comes with a keychain.
All-metal laser collimator works on closed tube Newtonians
Standard 1.25" fit for most telescopes
The Baader Planetarium Laser Collimator is individually lathe aligned
The etched viewing screen is visible from any angle
The Baader Planetarium Laser Collimator has a sharp, rounded laser beam
Bright enough to collimate scopes that are severely out of optical alignment
