The enhanced fully multi coated Cemax Barlow 1.25" is specifically designed for use at H-alpha (Solar) wavelengths, this Barlow uses optimized coatings to enhance contrast, minimize glare and also affords excellent contrast for night time astronomy such as planetary viewing. When paired with a longer focal length Cemax eyepiece the Cemax barlow will allow the comfort and eye relief of the longer eyepiece but providing higher magnification.
With it's excellent high contrast design and superb engineering this barlow is a fine general purpose unit for solar, visual and imaging applications.
