Order processing
When you place an order for one of our products we will inform you of progress of the order from confirmation through to delivery details. Goods that are in stock are generally shipped same working day, goods sent from suppliers are shipped direct and can take up to three working days.

The prices you see on our website include VAT at the current rate - we are a UK limited company and VAT registered

Shipping Information & Charges - Insured delivery from only £2.50
Deliveries to most UK mainland addresses are charged at £2.50 and fully insured *with the exception of some areas in Scotland including many AB, FK, HS, IV, KA, KW, PA, PH & ZE postcodes where additional charges may apply, you will receive a quote with the option to cancel prior to shipping. Orders are shipped every business day via insured courier or first class post, goods shipped via courier usually arrive within three business days, goods shipped Royal Mail usually arrive next day. All orders are processed and despatched promptly but from time to time delays are unavoidable.

Please note - we only deliver to UK mainland addresses.

As authorised UK dealers for all the leading brands we carry large stocks but many of our goods are also sent direct from the importers for important reasons:

1) To ensure we can give you the customer the best possible price and service by keeping efficiency high and overheads low.

If for any reason we are unable to fulfill your order from stock or direct from the supplier we will immediately refund in full and give you the option to back order.

Paying online with card or PayPal
We can accept orders via this website using our secure payment options through Debit and Credit cards as well as PayPal & PayPal Express.

Paying by telephone
You can select your products on the website and choose "I will call to pay" if you are happier not entering your payment details online. We accept telephone orders on 01932 703605 until 5PM six days a week with card payments.

Paying by cheque
We are still happy to accept cheques made payable to Harrison Telescopes Ltd if you prefer, but they are required to clear prior to us despatching your order.
