When you place an order for one of our products we will inform you of progress of the order from confirmation through to delivery details. Goods that are in stock are generally shipped same working day, goods sent from suppliers are shipped direct and can take up to three working days to process. The prices you see on our website are the prices you pay, no nasty surprises at the checkout!

Free UK Mainland Delivery - All Prices Include VAT
All deliveries to UK mainland addresses are Free and fully insured *with the exception of some of the Scottish highlands.

As authorised UK dealers for all the leading brands many of our goods are sent direct from the importers for important reasons:

Paying online with card or PayPal
We can accept orders via this website using our secure payment options through Debit and Credit cards as well as PayPal.

Paying by telephone
You can select your products on the website and choose "I will call to pay" if you are happier not entering your payment details online. We accept telephone orders on 01932 703605 until 9PM seven days a week with card payments.

Paying by cheque
We are still happy to accept cheques made payable to Harrison Telescopes Ltd if you prefer, but they are required to clear prior to us despatching your order.

Our prices are amongst the most competitive in the UK but if you find the same product cheaper through an authorised UK dealer where possible we will always do our best to match. Part Exchange
If you are considering upgrading your telescope we are sometimes able to offer part exchange, this is often restricted by storage space but please do not hesitate to ask.
