Eight (user supplied) D cell batteries will run the telescope for up to several full nights of observing, with a cigar type car power cable available optionally for seperate purchase. The included fully height adjustable tripod with tubular steel legs provides for comfortable viewing, either seated or standing, while offering great stability and vibration damping. The LT telescope is compatible with all Meade and other brand 1.25" barrel size eyepieces including Series 4000 and Series 5000.
