Offering views of the Planets that rival that of ultra expensive Apo refractors this instrument really is for many the ultimate in portable quality optics. The long (1500mm) focal length allows the Skymax 127 to provide high magnification with standard eyepieces without having to resort to using a Barlow lens or uncomfortable short focal length eyepieces.
