I could not be more pleased with this product. My Meade LS picked up a firmware issue which rendered it useless. Having ordered the card it was delivered next day. Meade LS 2GB SD Firmware Card I was updated a few minutes after I placed the order and SD card arrived next day. I’m very pleased with their quick service. Didn’t have any problem with the SD card, I was able to get the updates quickly and my telescope started working again. When it arrived, the package was not sealed. Reassured that if it didn't work I could return it In addition to my review of the card itself, I want to praise Harrison Telescopes for their user friendliness. I called before ordering and was assured that if the firmware reflash didn't work, I could return the card for a refund. Fortunately, this didn't apply. This simply works. Well worth the cost I'd managed to flash the firmware just once with my 'own' Mini SD cards, but for reasons unknown I'd not been able to repeat the event - I have a feeling that Win 10 doesn't do a 'proper' FAT32 format. cardLS 2GB SD Firmware Card Lifesaver I tried to update the firmware from the latest copy I had, it failed.Quick search of the internet and I found this guaranteed tested working mini sd card with the latest firmware. LS 1.6D Firmware Card Bought one of these and it was swiftly delivered next day. Unfortunately there was an issue with the card and it was immediately replaced without fuss the day after. Latest firmware After having major nightmares trying to obtain and download firmware Meade website which is now impossible I found these These are loaded with version 1.6D which if you have been searching on web you can olnly find 1.6A which won't install via USB or make sd card from Meade site (19/05/2017) Mark - Lincs

We also direct ship from our UK suppliers, this means we have access to thousands of products that can ship fast to our customers.
Deliveries to UK mainland addresses are all shipped with fully insured premium services for £2.95, *some exceptions apply including many AB, FK, HS, IV, KA, KW, PA, PH, ZE postcodes. We will quote delivery charges to these areas where applicable prior to shipping (this does not normally affect lower value items shipped by Royal Mail).
You must inform us within one working day if the goods are lost or damaged in transit so that we can make a prompt claim against the delivery company and correct the problem. If your product is sent by Courier they will attempt delivery twice and a signature will be required.
