The Baader SkySurfer III now includes added adapters to mount the unit directly onto binoculars and beside Spotting Scopes. The new double length housing makes it also suitable for rough solar alignment by aligning the shadow, cast by the tube shaped housing. This compact versatile finder is ideal for svirtually any instruments or to replace lost or damaged original or more basic finders. The SkySurfer III is much easier to use than the popular Celestron and Skywatcher "Red Dot finders". Small Lightweight RDF Ideal for my Takahashi FS-60 which I combined with a 6x30 optical finder thanks to the offset bracket provided, this saved weight and space. Adjuster knobs were stiff but a bit of PTFE spray and winding sorted that out. its built to a budget but it does the job nicely and is easy to adjust. (24/11/2021) Iain - South Wales
Geat Oiece of Kit! Works straight out the box and with a 30mm objective lens there is much more sapce than the usual red dot finder. Comes with many attchements and is sure to fit any scope. A must buy red dot finder! (08/08/2021) Sky7ark - Norfolk

Big Improvement... ...on the "stock" RDFs - bigger, easier to use, less flimsy. And it has a built-in dewshield. Great quality, reasonable cost - recommended! (08/02/2019) -
