The Bresser Messier MC-127 goto system comprises of the excellent Bresser Messier MC-127 Maksutov Cassegrain 127mm f15 telescope on the comprehensive Bresser Exos-2 Goto German Equatorial Mount, with Illuminated handset, 100,000 object database and built in polar alignment scope. This combination is highly portable and offers the ease of use of a Goto system with a robust, optically suberb telescope. The Maksutov design is second only to a high quality apochromatic refractor in terms of resolution and rarely requires any collimation or much in the way of maintenance. The telescope is supplied with a simple to use red dot finder and a 1.25" star diagonal and 26mm Super Plossl eyepiece. The telescope is supplied with an SCT-style 1.25" visual back/eyepiece holder and can take other standard Schmidt accessories.The BRESSER GoTo System enables beginners to start astronomical observations in just a few minutes, and guides you to objects that are hard to localize through a standard finder scope. Just push the button and the GoTo System will find planets, nebulae or galaxies for you and position your telescope automatically and precise. The GoTo System database includes over 100,000 astronomical objects and still has space for your additions. The Messier telescope with GoTo System allows you to observe without tedious searching, or image faint objects that are hard to find in a standard finder scope! The StarTracker Goto systems uses servo motors for both axes and features an ST-4 compatible autoguiding input.
