The First Horizon 8115 heavy duty tripod is a popular full height tripod that combines excellent stability, with precise control, and is ideal for a wide variety of optical equipment. Comfortably manages all Spotting Scopes and Observation Binoculars with up to 100mm Diameter lenses. Can be used effectively in the field and relied upon to provide years of service with clever design features including twist lock adjustable legs and spiked and rubber adjustable feet. Recommended for Serious Nature Observing, Astronomical Observing and Video applications. Supplied with a quick release plate and standard 1/4ww thread that suits most Binoculars, Spotting scopes and large Cameras with long lenses.

Recommended for giant binoculars and spotting scopes up to 100mm apertures, perfect for 20x80 or 25x100 giant binoculars when used for astronomy, high enough for use standing up avoiding back strain or neck craning. Additional quick release plates are available (see related products below).

Our delivery charge is £5.95* fully insured. Orders received before 2PM normally ship that business day. We also ship direct from our suppliers all fully tracked and insured.

8/10 Sturdy A good tripod for heavy binoculars; the centre column makes height adjustment convenient, and I'm pleased that the head is light alloy, not plastic.
