  Well machined, solid dovetail  I bought this for a specialist heavy camera and lens combination to use with a Skywatcher mount. It is well finished. I made some modifications to accommodate the set up, but it took the drilling well and was clearly made of quality aluminium.   Skywatcher long dovetails  I watched a video on you tube about balancing my ed72 scope. The video suggested I need a longer dovetail. I ordered 2 as I gave an ed80 as well which suffers from the same issue. They arrived really quickly a good price and they are a lively green too.
