This tripod is a very sturdy upgrade to the standard tripod supplied with many telescopes, with 2" diameter stainless steel legs and extends higher than standard versions, ideal for refractor owners with EQ5, HEQ5 or AZ4 mounts.

This stable full height tripod weighs just over 8kg and will improve damping time and allow more mount height.

Our delivery charge is £5.95* fully insured. Orders received before 2PM normally ship that business day. We also ship direct from our suppliers all fully tracked and insured.

10/10 A sturdy piece of kit I am familiar with this tripod having used it with a CG5 mount, and knew it as a very sturdy and reliable piece of kit. I recently bought a parallelogram mount for binoculars and needed a tripod. When I saw this for sale at a reasonable price I didn't hesitate. It fits the bill and does a good job.
